"I have always loved animals and drawing. I am lucky enough to live a life that can fulfill both of my passions - to work as a veterinarian and an artist."

Darren is the artist behind Drawing Frenzi and a veterinary surgeon based in Perth, Western Australia. He specilises in both digital and colour pencil drawings, often depicting human and animal portraits.

Darren strives to translate his interpretation of beauty in the world into art. Over the years, his artworks have evolved into a collection of "scribbles". They show simplicity yet possess the intention of capturing the characters and emotions of the subjects.

Darren currently works as a principal surgeon at a local veterinary hospital while maintaining his artistic presence on social media. He intends to continue his current pursuits and is determined to bring his crafting skills to a whole new level.
